1. Are there any registration fees?
No. Registration is free and without obligation. After signing up, you also have access to Prices.
2. Is there a minimum service period?
No. Once registered, you can activate and deactivate the services whenever you want, free of charge.
3. Do I have to wait for the beginning of the month to sign up and activate the services?
No. You can start at any time, the sooner the better!
For example, if you start a monthly subscription on the 9th it will only be renewed on the 9th of the following month.
4. Can I take only one class, or are there only monthly fees?
Yes, you can purchase packages of one lesson, 5 lessons, 10 lessons, in addition to weekly or monthly subscriptions.
5. Are the services available live or pre-recorded?
Live. The services: Group Classes; Personalized Training & Private Classes; Consultations; are live.
6. Are the classes interactive?
Yes. The classes and other services mentioned in the previous question, (5.), are interactive. The professional sees the students\clients, making corrections, making adaptations whenever necessary, and giving feedback. The student\client can also ask questions and answer questions. It is possible to talk, in both directions. It is like a face-to-face class\session, but at distance!
7. Is there a limit on the number of students in each class?
Yes. There is a limit on the number of students, precisely because they are live and interactive services. This way we can guarantee a good follow-up to the students.
8. What platform is used to make the classes interactive?
We use “Zoom”, it is very practical, easy to use and allows the interaction that we value so much.
